רבקה נולדה וגדלה ברחביה והחלה את דרכה בתחום בחברת ניהול ידועה המתמחה בנכסי יוקרה ופרויקטים בוטיקים בירושלים. לאחר מכן עבדה במשרד עורכי דין בעל שם המתמחה בנדל"ן.

רבקה דוברת 4 שפות באופן שוטף (פורטוגזית, אנגלית, עברית וספרדית) והתגוררה במשך 6 שנים עם משפחתה בברזיל. יחסי האנוש המצוינים של רבקה, המסירות ללקוחות והאכפתיות הם אבני היסוד שלה לחוויית לקוח מעולה.
